Team Leader & Key Account Manager

Type: full-time | Location: Vantaa, Finland

Axla Logistics offers e-commerce logistics, which includes receving goods, warehousing, order processing, picking, packing, postage and return handling. Our mission is to help Finnish and Nordic e-traders to succeed in their global efforts.

We are now looking for two persons to work with us in our Vantaa fulfillment center:

Key Account Manager

As a KAM you will strengthen our sales team. You will have regular contact with our customers to develop the collaboration. You’ll be responsible for negotiations and coordinating in-house processes. Experience from B2B sales or e-commerce is of great benefit in this position. Our customers value personal and proactive service. It is therefore important that you are commited, independent and have a positive attitude.

Team Leader

You will strenghten our warehouse operations team. You are a team player and you are used to managing people and processes. You will be the link between our customers and the operational team. You are ready to take on responsibility and seek out the best solutions for our customers.

Required skills for both roles:

  • Languages. Swedish is the main language of our organisation and we operate in a global market. Our customers are mainly based in Sweden and Finland, but also in the rest of Europe. Fluency in Swedish, English and Finnish is therefore required.
  • Proactivity and curiousity. You constantly strive for development and improvement and are eager to learn from our customers and the e-commerce business.We always seek out better ways to cater for our customer’s needs.
  • Organised and solution focused. You will participe in developing Axla with us. We deliver a first class experience. This requires anticipating production peaks and problem solving skills.
  • Travelling is needed.
